Showit website + impact-focused strategy
Impact & community-led organisation
A non-profit organisation supporting marginalised young women
Highlight charitable work, demonstrate impact, enable referrals and community engagement
Anima Youth
Anima Youth had been running projects for years to support marginalised girls and young women, including the launch of temporary accommodation.
While the projects were making a real difference, the website didn’t reflect the scale or depth of their work. It was mostly informational, overwordy in some places, and didn’t make it easy for partners or potential funders to understand how to get involved or support.
While the projects were making a real difference, the website didn’t reflect the scale or depth of their work. It was mostly informational, overwordy in some places, and didn’t make it easy for partners or potential funders to understand how to get involved or support.
The challenge was that:
• The site didn’t clearly communicate the impact of projects
• Partners, funders, and professionals didn’t know how to refer or support the organisation
• Community members who could benefit from services couldn’t quickly understand how to join
The website needed to be informative yet proactive, showing the work being done while making engagement simple for all audiences.

the context
The site had to communicate credibility, professionalism, and impact, for the relaunch.
So our strategy was to:
• Present the charity’s projects and services in a clear, digestible way for parents, teens, and professionals
• Highlight real-life results that show impact and build trust with investors and partners
• Make referrals and donations easy to access
• Position Anima Youth as a serious, impactful organisation ready to expand across London
The goal was to make every visitor understand the value of the work being done.

strategic direction
The new website delivered a impact-focused experience, including:
• Photo and video visuals showing projects and the temporary accomodation in action
• Clear breakdown of services for different audiences (parents, teens, partners, professionals)
• Strategic CTA buttons for referrals, donations, and community involvement
• Text that balanced storytelling and clarity, showing the real results of each project

the build
outcomes & impact
Anima Youth came to the project doing meaningful work in Croydon, but with a website that couldn't communicate the scope of it to the partners and stakeholders who mattered most. The goal was to build a platform that demonstrated credibility, made services accessible to community members, and supported the organisation's ambitions beyond their original location.
Following the relaunch, the strengthened stakeholder credibility contributed to investor funding being secured across new projects, giving the organisation the foundation to expand its reach and impact.

"The founder is pleased to have a website that communicates the full scope of their charitable work and enables her to expand her projects across London."
