Once all approved, your site is transferred to you, and ready for launch with training, resources, and support so you can manage your website confidently.
We discuss your business goals, growth plans, and whether we are the right fit for you. If aligned, you’ll receive a website proposal and project timeline to get you booked in.
We'll next have a strategy session, where we define your brands positioning, website priorities and customer shopping experience to support your next stage of growth.
Your website is then designed and built on the ideal platform (Shopify or Showit) with strategy-led designs, clear messaging flow, and a focus on the customer shopping experience.
Yes. Every project is secured with a deposit, with the remaining balance split across instalments tied to project milestones, not monthly plans. For shorter projects this is typically a 50/50 split: deposit to start, remainder on completion. For longer projects we use a three-way split: 35% deposit, 35% at the halfway point, and 30% on completion. Your payment schedule will be confirmed in your proposal before anything begins.
We work with a limited number of clients each month to maintain a high level of strategic involvement and design quality. Most clients book 1-2 months in advance, particularly when working toward a relaunch, retail pitch, or funding deadline. If you have a specific milestone in mind, enquiring early is always recommended.
Ecommerce projects are built on Shopify. Service-based and impact organisation projects are built on Showit. Both platforms offer full design flexibility, long-term scalability, and complete ownership of your site. If you're working on a different platform, we'll let you know during the enquiry stage whether it's something we can support or whether we'd recommend another designer who specialises in that platform specifically.
Branding is no longer offered in-house. Most clients come with completed branding before starting their website project; and that's actually when the work is most effective, because we can translate your full brand visuals onto the site. If you still need branding, we can recommend trusted brand and packaging designers for you to work with before coming to us.
Yes. While we're UK-based, we've worked with founders from Ireland, the US, Europe, and beyond. We adapt to different time zones and all projects are invoiced in GBP (£) regardless of your location.
Content readiness directly affects how smoothly your project runs. Before starting, you'll need finalised branding, website copy, imagery, and product details ready to go.
During the discovery call we'll assess where you are with content. If we feel you're not quite ready, we'll recommend pushing the start date rather than beginning a project that will stall. We don't hold project spots without a deposit, so it's worth having everything in place before enquiring to make the most of your investment and our time.
More involved than you might expect, and that's intentional. The best websites come from founders who are open about their long-term goals. So if you're building toward retail, funding, or a significant relaunch, the more transparent you are about where you're heading, the better we can design a site that supports it. A website built around your actual goals will always outperform one built purely around aesthetics.
During the strategy session we'll go deep on your goals, your audience, and the outcomes you need the site to achieve. From there, you'll be involved in feedback rounds throughout the design and build process. What you won't need to do is make technical decisions (that's our job). Your job is to show up, communicate clearly, and trust the process.
