Projects move best when you’re prepared to collaborate actively and meet agreed timelines.
Yes. Projects are secured with a deposit, with the remaining balance split across agreed instalments or design milestones. Extended payment plans may be available for projects booked in advance.
We work with a limited number of clients each month to maintain a high level of design work, and strategic involvement. Most clients book 2–4 months in advance, particularly when planning a relaunch.
A redesign is usually the right move if your business is evolving faster than your website reflects. For example, preparing for growth, entering new markets, or repositioning your brand. Feel free to enquire and we can talk through whether now is the right moment.
Ecommerce projects are built on Shopify. Service-based and charity projects are built on Showit. Both platforms allow full design flexibility, scalability, and long-term control. Platform decisions are confirmed during the enquiry stage.
Branding is no longer handled in-house, but I can always recommend trusted brand designers if needed. Most clients do come with complete branding before starting their website project. Just let me know when you enquire.
