First, we’ll have a chat to go over your website goals, needs, and get to know your brand a bit better. Once we’re all on the same page, I’ll send over a project proposal for you to review, sign and approve, and then we can get started!

Absolutely! To secure your spot, we require a deposit to confirm your commitment. The remaining balance can be split into 2–3 instalments over the course of the project. Or if you book with us early, we can split the payments further for extra flexibility.
At JAL Studios, we focus on website projects that are ready to be launched. We don’t take on quick-fix or half-built sites, as we believe your website deserves a cohesive, intentional approach from start to finish. However, if you have an existing site that isn’t converting and you’re need clarity before investing in a full website, then we do offer website audits / 1-1 strategy sessions to help you relaunch.
We take on 2-3 clients per month to give each project the attention it deserves. Because of that, we recommend booking as early as you can, especially if you have a specific launch date in mind. Websites aren’t something we rush, so planning ahead gives us the time to create something that'll bring your vision to life.
No problem at all! Part of my process is to guide you through the strategy phase where we’ll discuss your brand, your goals, and the best approach for your website project. We’ll explore design ideas together, and provide suggestions to help shape the vision. You don't need to have everything figured out, that's our job, not yours!
I design on Shopify for eCommerce brands and design on Showit for service-based brands. My approach is all about building you a site that's custom, on-brand and ready to drive growth. We don’t work on Wix, Squarespace or WordPress, nor do we develop UI/UX apps/platforms.
The cost of hosting, domain registration, platform subscriptions (such as Shopify or Showit), and any paid apps are not included in the package price. These are separate costs that need to be covered directly by you. We’ll provide guidance on what you need, and if you require us to purchase any paid themes or apps on your behalf, we’ll get your approval first. Keep in mind, the ongoing maintenance and any subscription renewals are also your responsibility.
