These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services. By engaging with us, you agree to these terms.

Services Offered
JAL Studios offers web design, branding, consultation, website audits, and related graphics and design services.

Payment Terms
We require a 50% deposit to start your project. The remaining balance can be paid in full, split 50/50 at midpoint and project completion, or 25/25/25/25 for advanced bookings of branding and website packages.

Project Timelines
Your project begins upon receipt of the deposit. Key milestones include completing a client questionnaire, a strategy call, mockup/concept design with feedback, build/design development with feedback, and final file delivery or website ownership transfer.

Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide necessary content and materials in a timely manner, including photos, videos, copy, and completed questionnaire forms. Insufficient information may result in project delays, unsatisfactory design, or potential cancellation.

Revisions and Approvals
Each project includes two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are charged at an additional fee. We employ a strategic approach backed by research to ensure our designs meet client expectations.

Cancellation and Refunds
Clients may cancel their project in writing. Fees for completed work must be paid. Services are non-refundable once paid. Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Abuse, mistreatment, or disrespect towards Jada Amie and JAL Studios may result in immediate project termination.

Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential, except as required by UK and Wales law. Sensitive information such as email logins, passwords, and financial details will be securely handled and not shared with third parties.

Intellectual Property
Final work is owned by the client upon full payment. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio, website, and social media, granted we have permission from the client.

Limitation of Liability
Our liability is capped at the amount paid for the service. We disclaim all warranties.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of  jurisdiction, specific to the United Kingdom and Wales.

Amendments
We may amend these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of relevant changes via email.
